Job Description

RichVaugh is a Markham-based company specializing in the design, supply, and professional installation of interior wall panel systems, including slat panels and large-format decorative panels for residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking an experienced installer with strong drywall and interior finishing skills to support our growing wall panel installation projects across the GTA.

Responsibilities

·      Install decorative wall panel systems, including slat panels and large-format panels, according to project specifications and design layouts

·      Prepare interior wall surfaces to ensure they are level, secure, and suitable for wall panel installation

·      Measure, cut, fit, and align wall panels to achieve precise spacing, clean joints, and high-quality finishes

·      Secure wall panels using appropriate fastening systems and installation techniques

·      Perform drywall-related work as required to support wall panel installation, including installing drywall, repairing surfaces, and correcting uneven walls

·      Apply finishing materials such as trims, edge details, and corner elements to complete feature wall installations

·      Read and follow shop drawings, measurements, and installation instructions

·      Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other trades to ensure accurate execution of design intent

·      Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite in accordance with health and safety requirements

·      Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Requirements

·      Secondary school diploma or equivalent

·      2–3 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing

·      Ability to read measurements and follow layout instructions

·      Familiarity with drywall tools and materials

·      Physically able to lift materials and perform repetitive tasks

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team
